Certainly.
My name is Khalid Mahmud. I am 44 years old. I was born and raised in Tangail, and currently I live in Gazipur.
I completed both my Honours and Master’s degrees in Social Science from Government Saadat College, Tangail. My academic background helped me develop strong communication and interpersonal skills.
I come from a small but wonderful family of five members. My mother is a homemaker, and my wife is also a homemaker. I have two children who are currently attending school. Sadly, my father passed away in February 2026. He was a respected teacher, and his guidance continues to inspire me.
Professionally, I have around 18 years of experience in apparel merchandising. Throughout my career, I have worked with various renowned garment manufacturers and buying offices. Most recently, I served as an Assistant Manager in Merchandising.
At present, I am actively seeking a new opportunity where I can utilize my skills, knowledge, and experience to contribute effectively while continuing my professional growth.
As a person, I consider myself organized, reliable, responsible, hardworking, and eager to learn. In my free time, I enjoy learning English, developing new skills, listening to music, and spending quality time with my family.
My long-term goal is to secure a senior position in a multinational buying house where I can make a meaningful contribution using my extensive merchandising experience.

Yes, certainly.
One significant challenge I faced involved a shipment delay caused by a fabric supplier issue.
The delivery schedule was at risk, and the buyer was concerned about the delay.
To address the situation, I immediately organized meetings with the production team, sourcing department, and management. We closely monitored the progress, followed up regularly with the supplier, and developed an alternative action plan.
Through effective coordination and teamwork, we managed to recover the lost time and successfully shipped the order within the revised schedule.
This experience taught me the importance of communication, teamwork, and proactive problem-solving.

I also enjoy listening to music, reading articles, spending time with my family, and occasionally driving on long trips.
